Connect your app

Shmoogie sits in front of your MCP server and records what really happens: sessions, which tools get called, the actual queries people ask, errors and latency. Your app keeps behaving exactly as it does now.

Shmoogie is awaiting review for the ChatGPT directory. You do not have to wait for that — the steps below work today.

1. Ask for your endpoint

Send us your app name and your current MCP server URL through the contact form. You get back a private endpoint that looks like https://shmoogie.com/mcp/your-key.

2. Point ChatGPT at it

In your app's configuration, replace your MCP server URL with the endpoint we send you. That is the whole integration — no SDK, no code change, no library.

3. Read your numbers

Traffic starts being recorded on the next request. To see it inside ChatGPT today, enable Developer Mode under Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced, then add Shmoogie as a connector using https://shmoogie.com/chat/mcp. Once our directory review completes, this becomes a one-click install instead.
